People Want Rocking Sex But are not Ready to Adopt Measures for a Powerful Sex Life!

The unhealthy lifestyle of people in the developed countries has become an issue of major concern all over the world. A huge majority of people in the developed countries lead a lifestyle that is responsible for cutting down their longevity and plaguing them with innumerable illnesses, including several chronic ailments. The unhealthy lifestyle of citizens in countries such as US, UK and other developed countries is an issue that facilitates deterioration of human resources and as such it should be resolved immediately. Apart from the wastage of human resources, a lot of money is wasted in buying items of comfort necessary for such a lifestyle as well as in curing illnesses resulting from this unhealthy lifestyle.

Food is the most important part of a person’s lifestyle. In the developed countries, the people are quite well off and as such they indulge themselves on food to a considerable extent. Unfortunately, in spite of spending quite a lot on food which is one of the basic needs of human beings, the people are not gaining anything substantial apart from the illnesses they have succumbed to. They are wasting their hardly earned money in buying calories, fats and unhealthiness. The condition has worsened to such an extent that the government in these countries has proclaimed obesity to be an epidemic. Incredibly, a large-scale population in the developed countries, especially the US, is suffering from obesity. Apart from obesity, people are also addicted to alcohol and smoking to a considerable extent.

However, owing to the large-scale hue and cry aroused by the awareness programs (the bans, in case of smoking), the people in these countries have come to repent of their unhealthy lifestyle and to look for ways to mend their lives. What is worse is that even the children are imitating their parents` unhealthy ways of living. Therefore, the authorities have taken up the task of educating people on healthy living quite seriously. Several surveys are carried out to identify the heavy percentage of people who are leading unhealthy lifestyles and thereafter a whole lot of measures are implemented to rectify the wrongs. In such a survey conducted in Canada, it was found out that people suffering from obesity were ready to cut down on their fat ingestion and to increase the intake of fibrous and organic food as soon as they got to known that obesity is detrimental for good sex life and is also a breeding ground for a whole array of diseases.

Interestingly, a whopping 96% of the Canadians were unwilling to give up red meat, a specific food item known to be instrumental for fat gain and 98% of the Canadians showed no interest in yoga, which has been accepted worldwide as one of the most effective measures of weight loss! It is, in fact, an irony that people do want a good life in general and a good sex life in particular, but they are not willing to put in efforts to achieve it. It may also be true that they are still not aware of the powerful role of diet in sex. And on getting diseases like ED, they take the easy way out and buy levitra. Levitra and erectile dysfunction are deeply connected as levitra is one of the most effective medicines to treat the male sexual disorder. In order to save time, labor and money, people prefer to buy levitra online. However, just buying an erectile dysfunction drug is not necessary to cure the disorder. People should first of all, concentrate on ways to keep themselves at a safe distance from the disorder. Prevention and altogether the cure of erectile dysfunction are very important if there has to be any significant improvement in the current lifestyle of people.

Rejuvenating Sex and Health Naturally

Our physical and psychological makeup is influenced by the sexual imperative far more than most of us realize or wish to admit. Entire systems of psychoanalytical therapy (e.g. Freud) are based upon the premise that we are primarily sexual creatures.

Behaviorally, there is little doubt that there are dramatic differences between the sexes. This can be seen even in the earliest of years. (This is so in spite of vigilant efforts by “rights” groups to blur distinctions and to declare sexual equality by legal fiat.) Girls with dolls and boys with trucks and guns manifest with no coaching from parents, and reflect the natural nurturing tendencies of girls versus the more aggressive and protecting inclination of boys. Physically the primary and secondary sexual characteristics are obviously different. These features, in fact, attract the opposite sex and prepare each sex for reproduction, care giving and protection for the young.

But sex is not just about recreation or procreation. It can directly impact health. For example, the risk of breast cancer is directly linked to childbearing and nursing in women – having children and nursing them for extended periods of time decreases the number of ovulations a woman has and thus decreases the pro-cancerous estrogen surges. Other research has demonstrated that fulfilling sexual activity in women is also linked to health.

A man’s sense of strength, perception of attractiveness to women, feelings of being loved and depended upon, financial success, respect, and feeling accepted are all intricately tied to sexuality. Male sexual self-worth goes hand-in-hand with physical and mental health.

Who primarily commits violent crime in society? Is it not young men in the heyday of their testosterone surge? Sexuality and health at their peak create the potential for either great accomplishment or great harm depending upon how these energies are focused.

On the other hand, when male hormone levels start to ebb in later years, health decline parallels this downturn. Men experience loss of muscle mass, lowered energy levels, decreased immunity, increased susceptibility to a variety of degenerative diseases, decreased libido and fertility, and various degrees of impotence. Sensing this decline, men can feel hopeless, worthless and at the end of life. Such feelings further fuel the downward health spiral often resulting in an early death.

The importance of sexuality in men is evidenced by polls showing that men would sooner risk serious life-threatening side effects than forego the possibility that a new drug (e.g. Viagra™) might rejuvenate them sexually. Being sexually alive even in the very oldest of men may be as important as life itself.

Although male hormone levels decrease with age, the slope of the curve can be dramatically altered. It will not, however, be just a matter of taking a pill. Supplemental male hormones are available but their use disrupts the body’s natural balances and can cause negative feedback inhibition. When this occurs, exogenous hormones (pills) send a signal to hormone-producing tissues that hormone levels are high enough. Endogenous (from the body itself) production therefore slows. Over time this can weaken hormone-producing tissues so that the initial problem of inadequate production is compounded. This is at least part of the mechanism for the adverse effects of anabolic (male hormone-like) steroids taken by athletes and bodybuilders. Young men eager to exaggerate muscularity end up with withered and weakened testicles and other endocrine glands setting them up for serious diseases as they get older.

A better alternative is to make healthy lifestyle changes (suggested in the Optimal Health Program™ http://www.wysong.net/optimal_health_page1.shtml) combined with natural nutritional supplementation, which has been proven to provide benefit to many.

Androgenic phytonutrients from herbs (such as Tribulus terrestris, Muira puama, Avena sativa and nettle leaf), amino acids (including L-arginine) and certain foods such as melons naturally increase testosterone production without the danger of negative feedback inhibition as experienced with anabolic steroids and other hormones. Increased testosterone levels, in turn, increase libido, act as an aphrodisiac and help prevent impotence. (In fact, modern research has revealed that testosterone is the only substance capable of generating libido in both men and women.)

Recent studies suggest that these phytonutrients also affect brain chemicals such that potency and erectile capacity are improved and male reproductive system growth, function, and repair is enhanced.

Phytonutrients can also improve sexual function through inhibiting the binding of sex hormone-binding globulin to its receptor site on prostatic membranes. This provides relief to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) sufferers who often experience painful intercourse, a certain impediment to sexuality.

Other nutrients such as zinc, vitamin B12 and vitamin C directly stimulate sperm production and motility and thus increase fertility. Modern, processed, food fraction-based dietary fare can be woefully deficient in these nutrients. Selecting good supplements and converting the diet to more natural, fresh and varied foods is the solution.

Lifestyle changes (outlined in the Optimal Health Program™ http://www.wysong.net/optimal_health_page1.shtml) – not the least of which is maintaining healthy body weight and regularly exercising – when combined with proper nutrition can rejuvenate the entire body and with that send a signal to the sexual core of our biological being that we are alive and well. Such signals stimulate a natural invigoration of sexuality, and with that mental and physical health.

Dear Boomer. is Your Sex Life Normal?

Do you ever find yourself wondering if your sex life is normal? Do you equate frequency with normalcy? Do you compare your sex life with your friends’?  If yes don’t worry you are not alone!  A lot us sometimes fret needlessly about our sex-lives and sex-drives, thanks to the numerous myths about sex. The following are some of the most common ones;

Myth- Going straight to Sleep after a romantic dinner is not normal.

Fact- It is in fact perfectly normal to want to sleep after a fulfilling meal. Good food can in fact kill your sex-drive and make you sleepy. It’s actually better to have sex before you set out for a romantic meal!

Myth- It’s not normal if you (women) don’t have an orgasm during intercourse.

Fact- What’s more important than an orgasm is how much pleasure you give each other?  You may have enjoyed the fore-play but may still not have an orgasm, don’t worry, its normal! In fact according to some recent research studies most women don’t have an orgasm during intercourse, but it doesn’t mean they don’t enjoy it!

Myth- Men always want sex.

Fact- Completely untrue! Just like women men may not always be in the mood to have sex. In fact this myth is responsible for men’s performance anxiety and sometimes erection trouble as well. It’s because men believe that it’s normal to always want sex and they worry about their being normal, when they don’t want sex!

Myth- It’s not normal to be interested in sex after a certain age.

Fact- False again! It’s biologically and psychologically normal to be interested in sex till the end of your life!

Myth: It’s normal for women to lose their sex-drive after menopause.

Fact- The truth is far from it! Many women actually enjoy sex more after menopause since they no longer have to worry about getting pregnant. Also thanks to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) many women aren’t plagued with the low sex drive and vaginal dryness often associated with menopause.

Myth- You must have sex at least 3 times a week.

Fact- As long as you are both satisfied with the frequency, even if you have sex once in two weeks, it’s normal! Don’t put too much stress on quantity as long as you are both happy with your sex life. If you are not then you will have to talk it out with your partner and figure out the reason for his/her lack of interest.

Finally, good sex is what makes you and your partner happy, everything else is a myth!

Sex & Wines – the Art of Pairing Semen & Wine

Sex & Wines – The Art of pairing Semen & Wine

By Jenny Barbariba Email: jenny@barbariba.com

Web site: http://www.barbariba.com/mag/vis_Home.html

The Facts

Wine and semen have a natural affinity and even though this has been known for centuries by the Greek and Egyptian civilizations, it still remains to this day, a taboo barely spoken of in polite society. Today, not surprisingly, very few master the art of wine & semen pairing despite the fact that it has much in common with some wine & food pairing guidelines.

There are two schools of wine parings and the same guidelines of each hold true for the delightful pairing of wine and semen. One is the “Birds of a Feather” theory, suggesting the pairing of light-bodied wines with lighter foods and heavy-bodied wines with heavier, more flavorful foods. A wine’s body being how powerful and weighty it feels in your mouth.

On the other hand, other tasting aficionados suggest that opposites attract, that is, sweet wine, for example, goes with sour or acidic food.

An effective wine & semen pairing technique based on similar guidelines does exist and here is how it works.

Step One: You need to describe, as accurately as possible, the taste of your partner’s semen the same way you would describe the flavors of a particular meal. Here’s the best way to do that.

Semen tasting Technique

Have your lover ejaculate entirely in your mouth and roll it over your tongue for several seconds before swallowing. Exhale through your nose as you swallow. Your taste buds and sense of smell will work together.

Try swishing the Semen around in your mouth and then swallow while you exhale through your nose. Some prefer to “chew” the semen before swallowing. Try each technique and see what works best for you.

Now write down your impressions: Does it remind you of the taste of some fruit or anything familiar? Is it a little on the sweet side or a little salty? Is it acidy? Take note of its texture. Is it thin or thick? And finally, regarding the quantity, do you get a mouthful of semen or just a timid drop? Don’t hesitate to take as many notes as you can; the more accurate you are, the better the ultimate pairing you’ll have.

The Art of Wine & Semen Pairing

On to Step Two: With your observations in hand, follow these simple rules for the best semen and wine pairing:

For abundant and sticky semen with a butter or Brie cheese like taste, the best choice would be some light-bodied wines such as the following:

A Red Zinfandel: This wonderful, hearty, fruit-packed and all American wine is perfect for romance and a sticky semen with a Brie like taste will bring with it a unique and exciting Bouquet. My suggestion here: The Frog’s Leap 2005 Zinfandel, Napa Valley. It’s the best of the best Red Zin for making love!

A Beaujolais: Beaujolais is a very light red wine with a deliciously intense aroma and a fruity floral bouquet that would subtly underline the semen’s smooth side. My choice here: The 2005 Potel Aviron Cote de Brouilly will get your mouth ready for other oral delights.

For semen with a sweet almond taste or with fruity flavors, go with fruity white wines like these:

A Chardonnay: I found out that some Chardonnays are among the best to enhance all the delicate semen almond favors. The flavors go so well together that now I even prefer my Chardonnay with a little drop of semen in it; it gives it an incredible charisma! I think we could describe this pairing as a wonderful synergy. My suggestion here: The 2003 Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs will give you 3 orgasms in a row for free!

A Champagne: What’s more magic than sex & champagne in this case a medium-dry champagne would be a good match for sweet and fruity tasting semen. Along with the taste, champagne hasthe added visual effect. The semen interacting with the Bubbles is simply magic and fascinating! My coup de coeur here: The Moët&Chandon Nectar Imperial could definitely bring you to paradise!

For rich, savory, salty semen or acidy semen, which is quite common, you need some crisp, tart wines such as the following:

A Sauvignon Blanc: This sexy and versatile white wine will match the acidity of you partner’s semen and at the same time won’t hide other delicate flavors. The best here: The 2006 Duckhorn Napa. You’ll thank me for this one.

A Chianti: Chianti’s natural acidity will decrease your perception of high acidity in the semen and for that reason this magnificent Italian red wine could be a good choice. My suggestion: The wonderful and exceptional 2004 Rufina Castello di Nipozzano.

A Sauterne: This is the exception to the rule, but a voluptuous, sweet and creamy Sauterne will perfectly balance a rich savory and salty semen. My heart’s desire here: The 2003 Château du Haut-Pick. I’ve had so many memorable experiences with it.

Finally, for semen with a strong and bitter taste always consider heavy-bodied Wines like these:

A Cabernet Sauvignon: A strong wine for a strong semen is always a good thing to consider and an imposing, but balanced Cabernet Sauvignon like the 2005 Big Ass Cab Winery will never let you down. It’s wonderful.

A Port: A port could remarkably hide all none pleasant and strong semen taste, but at the same time would enhance its slippery side. My suggestion: The Barros vintage 1991. It’s not that expensive and if you try it with a mouthful of semen the combination will leave you simply ecstatic! By the way, Port is also a very appropriate choice when indulging in threesomes, gangbangs or ATM (Ass To Mouth) play.

Vodka: Even if it’s not a wine, vodka could be an interesting choice as well to go with strong tasting semen. Here’s a great, little known recipe, handed down through the ages: A Semen Shooter; It’s divine with nearly all semen types, if you like Vodka. The recipe: 2oz of Vodka and 1oz of Tequila with a little drop of Semen on it. Salute!

If you’re not sure which category your lover’s semen falls into, you can never go wrong with a port; it’s the most sense-stimulating wine of all for making love.

You must also know that you can alter the taste of your lover’s semen a great deal by controlling what he is eating for 12 hours or so before you have sex with him. For better tasting semen, just remember these simple rules:

Avoid giving him any strong tasting or spicy foods.

Keep alcohol down to a minimum.

Have him stay away from caffeinated beverages.

Give him a lot of fruits, preferably pineapple and strawberry.

And finally, have him drink as much water as possible.

Improve your tasting skills

Of course, as with wine tasting, developing the skill of semen tasting takes practice. The more you do it the better you will become with the entire sensory process. You’ll discover, with time, your own pairing criteria that best suites your preferences.

Ultimately there is no perfect system for pairing wine & semen, but the fact remains that this exercise is as interesting and challenging as finding the right wine for a particular meal, except here you won’t typically ask your daddy for advice.

Keep in mind that there is no right or wrong when it comes to personal flavor preferences. Everyone’s palate is different and evolves continually throughout life. The idea is to have fun and to explore new possibilities because after all, sex is the ultimate adult playground so what could be more wonderful and psychologically healthy than regarding it that way? Indulge!

Healthy Sex Life and Healthy Eating Habit

You may think that you will only need to be carefully of your diet when you are trying to lose weight. In fact, it is not quite true. Your diet will certainly affect your health and wellness. You will need to choose your food carefully if you would like to keep your body healthy. In fact, it is also very important to choose your food with your greatest care if you want to maintain a healthy sex life.

There are also a lot of pills or tablets that may help you to enhance your sexual performance. However, do you really think that it is the ultimate way to help you? The answer is probably a NO. Instead of taking pills, you should try to maintain a healthy body, as well as a healthy sex life yourself. If you are still a young man, this should be the ultimate way to help yourself! If you have the confidence and libido within yourself, your sex life will certainly be a healthy one.

You may wonder at this point what you should eat and what you should not eat. In fact, things such as soy and chili peppers can certainly be good for your sexual health. As a matter of fact, healthy food will certainly be good to your sexual health.

On the contrary, you should stay away from some unhealthy foods. Saturated fat is certainly something you want to avoid. It is very true that the chance of developing heart attack will increase if you take too much saturated fat. Besides, the fat may somehow block your arteries. This will probably affect your blood flow. As a result, even if you do not develop heart attack, there is still a chance that it will affect your erection. Consequently, you should always remember to stay away from foods that contain too much saturated fat.

You should also quit smoking and drink less alcohol. You should certainly know that smoking is not good for your health. It is also associated with some kinds of cancer. How can you have a perfect and healthy sex life if you do not have a healthy body? This is the reason why you should quit smoking. Of course it is certainly alright if you drink some alcohol. However, you should never drink too much. Again, you need to keep your body healthy in order to have a healthy sex life.

Sex and the New Mom: How to Get in the Mood When You?re not

You have been awake since 5 am. Feedings, diapers, laundry, meals, emails, feedings and more feedings. You plop into bed exhausted at 11 pm, praying your baby will sleep for five hours in a row. You glance over at your husband who has that little gleam in his eye. “Sex now? No way! Roll over and go to sleep dear!”

It’s a familiar scene for families with young children. As a mom, you are too tired for any kind of sex, let alone great sex. But you know a physical relationship with your husband is part of a healthy marriage. You feel badly for not desiring sex, but you’re too tired to do anything about it. So how can you rekindle your desire for intimacy, even with a new baby?

1. Put it on the backburner, but don’t forget about it. Having a baby does take a great amount of time, work and energy. Sex may have to go on the backburner when your baby has a need. But just like you wouldn’t leave food sitting on the backburner for weeks, don’t forget about sex completely. When the time isn’t right for you, tell your spouse you’d really like to make love another time, how about on the weekend? Set a real time and keep your commitment. Food left on the backburner will eventually go bad and the same is true about closeness in marriage if you neglect lovemaking too long.

2. Put your mind to it. Your brain weighs just over three pounds, but it has 12 billion cells with thousands of thoughts blazing through it each day. These thoughts determine what you think of yourself and what your actions will be. If you keep telling yourself, “I’m too tired to have sex” or “I don’t want my husband to see me naked,” guess what? You’ll act on these thoughts and avoid sex indefinitely. Why not think of yourself as a lover? Re-train your mind and paint a different picture of yourself as the woman your husband is dreaming about. Make a point of thinking each day, “I am a sexy woman, desired by my husband. I am looking forward to being intimate with my spouse.”

3. Put it on the calendar. When your baby has an appointment at the doctor’s office, do you go? Of course you do. Events written in the calendar with a specific time and place get done. The same applies to lovemaking. Start with putting one special time for romance with your husband in your schedule. Anticipate a great time together. You’ll be so energized and feel so close to your husband that you’ll be scheduling your next love appointment right away.

Having a new baby means making adjustments in your marriage. As you make time for sex, you’ll see your husband become more responsive to your needs. He’ll be doing more diapers and helping out with baby so you can get ready for your date nights at home. Now that’s something to get you in the mood!

Today’s Action Step: Talk to your husband about this article, “Sex and the New Mom.” Schedule a time in the next two weeks for lovemaking.

How to Manage Lifestyle for Healthy Sex

A great sex life is invariably the most important thing in the lives of man and woman. It keeps the family bonded. Although there are several different factors to the success of a marriage or a family, sex is one of the most important one. There are certain lifestyle measures that you can take to guarantee healthy and pleasurable sex night after night.

Keep an Active Life

Keeping a physically active lifestyle is important. If your job involves staying mostly before the computers, you should at least include walking, jogging or running in your daily schedule. Go for a walk everyday – probably early in the morning. Run or jog for at least 20 minutes a day, three times a week.

If possible, go for other activities like sports, swimming, mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, or whatever activities that make you sweat. Activities like this can promote production of certain hormones in your body, which is conductive to good health. These activities also keep your mind fresh. Do you want to go to bedroom with as a dull, couch potato? No man would.

Women too should include all activities possible in their daily schedule. If there isn’t much time for exercise, steal some time by walking to shopping centres, office, churches or temples, or whatever places that are less than half a kilometre away. Our forefathers were used to walking several miles a day, every day.

Exercise

Exercising is also important. Yoga is the best form of exercise. You should practice yoga everyday – if that is not possible, at least four times a week. It balances your body, tones your body and keeps that sexy figure of yours. Learn yoga from a master and practice it everyday, wherever you are. The several benefits include good metabolism, mind control, physical balance, good physique, stamina, and more.

Exercise also goes well with an active lifestyle.

Watch Your Food

You are what you eat. If you eat junk food, your body is a junkyard. That is a cruel statement, but a true one. Can you expect good health from bad food? If you eat too much of stuffed food, oily food, fatty food, etc, kick the habit today. Learn to cook and stop eating from bakeries, fast food centres and restaurants. It not only saves your health, but also saves you money.

Include fresh fruits, wholegrain bread, etc in its variety. The less processed they are, the better they will get. Also avoid eating red meat. You can also live without eating any meat at all.

Aphrodisiacs

If you keep the above three tips, you don’t generally need any kind of aphrodisiacs. Good lifestyle habits are an aphrodisiac in itself. There are a variety of aphrodisiacs listed in Ayurveda – Aswagandha, Shilajit, Horny Goat Weed, etc are common aphrodisiacs. They are aimed at strengthening reproductive organs and to provide pleasure.

Managing your lifestyle according to Ayurvedic principles can work wonders in your life. You will enjoy a far better and healthier life, which also involves good sex.

A Diet for Increased Sex Drive and Enhanced Libido

If you want an increased sex drive and to enhance libido then this diet with natural supplementation will do it for you – remember you are what you eat! What you put into your body will increase not only your overall well being but also your Libido.

Before we look at specifics that should be in your diet lets make some points that maybe obvious but are very important.

Passion killers includes: Alcohol, smoking and recreational drugs so if you take them cut down or even better stop! Also if you are not fit improve your fitness levels, with gentle exercise; 30 minutes a day is enough. It can be a brisk walk or taking the stairs rather than the lift – just get your heart rate up.

Today, we always try and take short cuts with our diet – don’t. Avoid too many processed foods and eat as “naturally from the earth” as possible lots of lean meat fresh fruit and vegetables.

Now let look at some important nutrients that are very important to enhance libido

L argentine

This nutrient is highly important for libido.

L argentine is produced naturally by the body but declines with age but it’s vital for nitric oxide secretion. This chemical allows the blood vessels of the penis to relax and blood to flow in causing an erection. If you don’t get enough you won’t get an erection – period. As it declines with age get it as a supplement.

A recent study showed an 80 percent improvement in the erectile function of men given 2.8 grams of argentine a day for two weeks.

Gingko Bilbao

Blood flow is critical to wellness generally and sex drive and Gingko Bilbao improves blood flow to the brain and enhances blood flow to extremities, such as the legs, and genitals and functions as an anti-oxidant in the body. It helps inhibit lipid per oxidation of cell membranes, which is a process that leads to clogging of the arteries, or atherosclerosis. It also helps lift your mood, fights depression.

Not only does it help blood flow which is vital to enhance libido it helps you cope better with stress and fatigue which are known passion killers.

Ginseng

Ginseng another great all round wellness supplement to make you feel better and combat low libido. Ginseng is stimulating and restorative, improving both physical and mental energy, stamina, strength, alertness and concentration.

In its role as an adaptogen, it also helps you adapt to physical or emotional stress and fatigue. It has a normalizing effect on hormone imbalances and boosts metabolic rate as well as improving blood flow to the genitals. The most popular herb supplement in the world and with good reason it makes you feel better, fights stress and fatigue and helps blood flow.

Selenium

Selenium is believed to be good for sperm motility and mobility; nearly 50% of the selenium in a man is in the testes and seminal ducts. Getting enough selenium is therefore vital for peak sexual performance and you can take it as a supplement or get it in oily fish 3 – 5 portions a week.

Zinc

Zinc is required for the production of testosterone and zinc content of the prostate gland and sperm is higher than in any other part of the body. A deficiency of zinc is associated with numerous sexual problems, including sperm abnormalities and prostate disease. Zinc not only helps produce testosterone, but also helps to maintain semen volume and levels of testosterone; increase sex drive and keeps sperm healthy.

Magnesium

Magnesium is a mineral that is important for the production of sex hormones, such as androgen and estrogen and neurotransmitters that modulate the sex drive such as dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain that get you in the mood.

Vitamin A

Helps regulate the synthesis of the sex hormone progesterone.

Vitamin B1

Thiamin (B1) is essential for optimal nerve transmission and energy production throughout the body – which means it’s essential for peak sexual performance.

Vitamin C

Participates in the synthesis of hormones that are involved in sex and fertility: androgen, estrogen and progesterone.

Vitamin E

Often referred to as the main sex vitamin, it’s a powerful anti aging antioxidant that protects cell membranes from free-radical damage and is required for the synthesis of hormones and hormone like substances known as prostaglandins.

If you have a balanced healthy diet you should be getting all the above however if you are not then take supplements. We have included a couple of herbs: Ginseng and Gingko Bilbao which are both great sex drive and body tonics and you can add another few that are proven to increase libido.

Horny Goat weed is more than a catchy name it helps increase nitric oxide production mentioned earlier and also helps increase testosterone levels as well as acting as a great body tonic and is an excellent natural libido enhancer.

Another great herb is – Cnidium which is one of the most effective natural remedies to boost libido and to treat impotence. It works just like prescription drugs to increase nitric oxide release and inhibit PDE-5. This enables an erection to be maintained for longer period of time. Finally, Cnidium also helps promote better blood circulation.

If you include the above in your diet your libido and sex drive will increase and you will also feel better! Remember you are what you eat and give you body the right fuel by including the above in your diet and you will enhance your sex drive naturally.

Male Libido – Proven Ways to Increase Sex Drive Naturally!

There are simple and effective ways to increase male libido naturally and safely. Unless someone has illness or diseases that can affect their libido, the reason they lack it, is simply lifestyle and the foods eaten.

Let’s look at some simple lifestyle changes and diet that are medically proven and will ensure libido and sex drive soar.

The Penis is part of your body!

Some herbs are proven to help sex drive (we will return to these in a minute) but these need to be incorporated as part of your overall lifestyle changes.

The body is complex and all areas interact TOGETHER.

The penis relies on triggers from the brain, blood flow to enter the penis and these are the two areas that need to be targeted.

Foods & Substances to give up

Recreational drugs should be curtailed and so should alcohol and cigarettes, the latter clogs the arteries that take blood to the penis and smoking is a far bigger threat than once thought.

So, reduce the above or cut them out.

Restrict the foods that sap energy

Energy is vital to libido, so curtail intake of saturated fats sugary foods, caffeine and anything processed. Look to eat naturally from “the earth” with plenty of fish and fresh vegetables.

If you lack energy this is reflected in sex drive keep in mind all the body parts work together and we cant stress this enough. If you are tired or lack energy then libido and sex drive will suffer.

Herbs and supplements proven to increase sex drive

These herbs are proven to help in increasing libido. Let’s start with the best one:

1. L argentine

This nutrient is designed for peak sexual performance.

Current studies support the use of argentine supplements to ensure that nitric oxide secretion is sufficient to keep blood flowing to the penis which is essential for male libido.

Nitric oxide insufficiency can stop the penis from becoming erect.

A study conducted in 1994 showed an 80 percent improvement in the erectile function of men given 2.8 grams of argentine a day for a period of two weeks.

Take L argentine and you will ensure a supply of nitric oxide

2. L Tyrosine

Supports and assists neurotransmitters in the brain, which trigger sexual response.

When the body is stressed out, aged, or tired the availability of L-Tyrosine is depleted.

L-Tyrosine supplementation helps reduce stress, improves mental alertness, and improves mood, which in many instances shows itself in a higher sex drive.

3. Gingko Bilbao

Is used to improve blood flow to the brain, improving concentration, increasing memory (especially in the older generation), it also enhances blood flow to extremities, such as the legs, and functions as an anti-oxidant in the body.

It helps to prevent lipid per oxidation of cell membranes, which is the process that leads to clogging of the arteries, or atherosclerosis, which are vital for blood flow to the penis.

A great all round supplement which has been known for centuries to increase sexual desire, as well as enhance overall wellbeing.

4. Ginseng

Ginseng has been used in China as a sexual aid and revitalizing tonic for thousands of years and is one of the most popular Chinese herbs.

It is stimulating and restorative, improving energy, stamina, strength, alertness and concentration.

As an adaptogen, it also helps you adapt to physical or emotional stress and fatigue.

It has a normalizing effect on hormone imbalances and boosts metabolic rate as well as improving blood flow to the genitals. Like Gingko Bilbao a supplement that has been around for centuries and highly recommended

5. Selenium

Selenium is believed to be good for sperm motility and mobility, nearly 50% of the selenium in a man is in the testicles and seminal ducts; men lose selenium in their semen so, getting enough selenium is therefore vital for peak sexual performance.

6. Zinc

Zinc is needed for the production of testosterone.

Zinc content of the prostate gland and sperm is higher than in any other part of the body.

A lack of zinc is associated with sexual problems, including sperm abnormalities and prostate disease.

Zinc helps produce testosterone, but also helps to maintain semen volume and adequate levels of testosterone, thus maintaining sex drive.

7. Magnesium

Magnesium is important for the production of sex hormones, including androgen and estrogen and neurotransmitters from the brain that modulate sex drive such as dopamine and norepinephrine.

Putting it all together

Many people think they can simply get increased libido from targeting the penis with a wonder herb or supplement but libido requires the whole body to work in harmony before you do this.

The above supplements are all proven and if taken with an overall change in diet with the addition of some exercise will ensure healthy men will see an improvement in libido and sex drive.

Does Diet Influence a Baby’s Sex

Did you know that in your struggles to select the sex of your baby, medical jargon may not help you? The answer about the sex of the baby you are planning for lies in the food that you eat and also the food that you will be eating during your pregnancy. Success could be hinged on better nutrition and breakfast cereal, a new study shows. There is no reason whatsoever for would be mothers to skip their sweatiest. The study which is one of its kind, strongly indicates that a baby’s sex maybe determined by the mothers diet at conception. Skipping of breakfast by mothers to be and eating little is more likely to result to girls being born to those mothers. However the situation is different when mothers to be take in more calories combined with a wide range of healthy nutrients especially with a specific inclusion of breakfast cereal. Such mom’s stand a higher chance of delivering sons. The answer to your baby’s sex lies in your diet.

The researchers are of the view that diet trends and nutrition maybe be responsible and accountable for the tremendous decline in the birth of males being experienced in developing nations. It is worthy to note that in a span of the last 50 years, male births have dropped by around 1 per 1000 annual births in the U.K, Canada and the United States of America. Apart from breakfast cereal, the diet of the mother prior to conception greatly influences the baby’s sex. It is mothers who eat and feed better that stand higher chances of delivering boys. The study shows to what extent man can influence and determine baby’s sex in a most natural way. Couples who aspire to have a specific sex can take the cue from these study and start eating healthy in preparation for their much awaited pregnancy.

A leading author for the study noted that in the resent past, the population ratio between male and female was almost at equiribilium. However the scales have been tilted with the world continuing to record higher female births. She observes that individual mothers stand a higher chance of delivering male offsprings especially if their nutrient and diet intake was good, actually high before conception. This correlates with the study which found out that women who consumed a lot of high quality calories prior to conception stood a higher chance of giving birth to boys than mother’s who did not eat enough. Your destiny might be shaped by actually what you eat. Apart from medicinal values that are usually derived for he food that we consume, the research has thrown a spanner into the fireworks. You can now determine your baby’s sex long before it is even conceived.

More than half; fifty six percent of the sample group had the highest levels of energy intake and surprisingly enough, it delivered boys as the baby’s sex. The group which consumed the lowest energy, according to the study, gave birth to girls. women who delivered boys had higher amounts of calories and foods containing calcium, potassium and vitamins B12, E and C. Mothers to girls logged less calories in a day and their diets had less minerals, vitamins and proteins.
